Church leadership.
Redeemer takes leadership very seriously. The word of God has high standards for leaders and gives us clear definitions that we make every effort to abide by.
We look at the different gifts given by God. We look for long term faithfulness. We look for men and women who display character over circumstances. We look for men and women who have joy and are not serving out of duty.
Church Elders.
We currently have seven Elders at Redeemer. These men have put themselves on the line to help form this fellowship, pray together, and serve. Currently our Elder board meets twice a month. They are working on the bylaws, church structure, small groups, leadership development, and working through how Redeemer can glorify God.
The board is made up of the following men:
Jim Applegate, Jonathan Eck, Gareth Flora, Bill Kenoyer, Chris Oneth, Todd Terzo, and Mark Williams.
Please feel free to contact any of these men and ask them questions regarding the fellowship. All of these men are able to bring agenda items to the board meetings for discussion and prayer. We welcome your input!
